From the lack of information, poor communication, no handover, being passed from one member of staff to another, rude and unhelpful reception when trying to make a complaint.

BMW York were excellent in every respect. Friendly and informative the salesman (Denholm Powell) could not have been more helpful. He kept me up to date with the process and was very efficient. Communication skills were excellent.

Cameron our salesman was great. Spent so much time with us making sure we got the car we wanted. Waited 5 months but weren't disappointed. On delivery the technical guy (forgot his name) spent ages going through all the workings of the car.
