I previously had a mini which was having a service my husbands 5 series is due a service so whilst booking that in we saw the X1 M sport. We had a few questions about this model ,which to lead to asking for a price the deal offered was favourable ??

Initial purchase was easy, then radio silence for 9 months. No comms that the sales guy had left / no new contact provided until I finally chased up. Once new sales person was assigned the delivery was well communicated and straightforward
