Business Manager came and spoke to us to discuss our proposed purchase, which was a nice personal touch, both he and Neil wanted to make sure we were happy with the cars and financial costs, their main priority and commitment was us being happy

There was a problem with parts availability from the BMW factory. Jade kept me informed throughout the waiting time and it reassured me they had not forgotten about my car.

Technical service warrants 5stars - one star off for poor customer service on collection. Waited 10 minutes at reception when collecting car without any approach from staff and then had to ask for attention.
