Communication is excellent all though the process

Very straight forward. A very good handover and explanation of the car's features. I could just drive off! As an aside, need to watch balloons (latex) as my wife is allergic and that means she couldn't enter the dealership when they're about.

The car was given a vehicle health check. £ 387.77 to replace the bonnet release cable. It was clear it was broken inside the car. This OE part costs £23. Plus 40 minutes to fit. 2 * On the positive side all the staff i spoke to were fantastic. 10*

I was not a fan of the on line booking. It worked ok but I prefer to speak to people (staff) the on line booking didn't quite work in that I wasn't quite sure when my car would be ready for collection. A person sorted that out for me.

Reception was welcoming and proactive. I had a download problem. The engineer came out immediately and sorted in one minute something I'd been struggling to achieve for weeks. He was kind and reassuring. Treated me with full respect.

Took longer than expected but the dealer sorted me a replacement car and covered some of the cost so five stars for how they dealt with it in the end. The person that I dealt with at the service department was excellent and very helpful.

Everything as it should be with car and people. Only downer- we bought a rear rubber loadliner and it didnt/doesnt fit well. For £195 expect better
