I particularly enjoyed picking up the car from the handover area (indoors). We were always offered drinks during the purchase process and this was done in a comfortable private space.

The purchase experience was good however I felt the handover of my car was rushed. When receiving your new car you should have a great experience however I did not feel valued.

The team at the dealers were amazing, Ian Farmery (sales exec) delivered on any discussions, followed up queries etc. The whole team made the experience easy. Handover straight forward and efficient.

the standard of inspection of the vehicle prior to my acceptance was poor, there was some sort of sealant on the rear window rubbers that had to be removed, the paintwork had water spots, there was a scratch on the front nearside wing - the poor sal

On picking up the paperwork it said that the OSR had a puncture which was unrepairable. But not mentioned by desk until I spotted it and was not sure whether it was ok to drive? Not contacted during service to discuss.

The car was completed as expected, on time, except for the creaking seat which has been a relentless problem. That is a BMW UK issue though, not Vertu. The Vertu dealership are great compared to Stratstone who I bought the car from who are terrible.
