The service was excellent. From the moment my car failed its MOT (as detailed by the video assessment) to the purchase of a new one, I knew I was in safe hands and trusted the team to steer me in the right direction (if you'll pardon the pun)

Very pleasant reception. Very comfortable wait. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Staff very helpful in answering some questions I had re gearbox oil change.

I dropped the car off at 8.45 and was told it would be looked at first. I don't think this happened as i was not phoned with the inspection report until nearly 11am. Not a huge problem but i did mean i was hanging around for longer as my expectation

Despite being offered and accepting a "wash n vac" service this was not completed when I collected the car. The courtesy car was also in poor condition - dirty and takeaway box on the floor. All the team courteous at the dealership.

Was a recall for driver's airbag. I presume the engineers know what they're doing! Despite the age of my car, I always bring it to BMW.
