Dropping the vehicle off was easy and there was someone at reception to help me. When I went to pick it up, I waited for about 5 minutes at reception. Several members of staff walked past me, making eye contact, but no one asked if I needed help.

Running in service was supposed to be about 2hrs (11.30-13.30), so we went for a walk coming back about 13.50. No one on reception and advised to sit and wait with refreshment. Car was eventually handed back at 15.00 - sat waiting over an hour.

Problems making diagnostic appt for a Mon, as requested on 2 attempts online and on phone, and not assessed until the Fri afternoon so had to take car back in following Mon. No communication on progress either day apart from authorising work.

Its a bit dated - people work from anywhere these days - tight seating area with bad seating very crammed in. Was offered a working desk - but in the showroom -would have liked to see the same set up rangerover have for guests. Separate working room.

After the Vehicle Health Check, i was informed that the coolant level was zero which I couldn't understand. When i went to collect it, I questioned this information as they wanted to drain the system at a cost of £320. After a second check it was ok.

Generally ok but little things like charging for changing fob batteries on the two keys.windscreen washer fill up.neither needed doing as i changed them and filled the wash bottle at the beginning of january 2026.so a little naughty by you at bmw

Staff worked hard to eliminate the lack of sound on the info system and had to replace another Goodyear tyre because of cords protruding from the side wall, not ideal with a low millage car, certainly would not recommend these tyres fitted.
