Issue was sorted out under warranty, waiting for the warranty approval was the hardest part to getting the issue sorted.
Nothing was found wrong with the recall check. Car was nicely cleaned

I booked this service to have my new used car checked out as it was purchased outside of the approved used scheme. I was expecting, and happy to, to pay for this service but was told that it was a complimentary health check with no charge

My car ate it's oil filter (again) so it was in for longer than planned, but the dealership made it easy and extended the loan car, which was a nice car and well presented - clean and tidy.

Polite and informative
Very obliging in fitting things in, collecting the car for safety recalls etc. This has been important to me as I am supposed to remain at home because of Covid and yet the card is needed for doctors/hospital visits.

Everyone is so polite and professional, the lady on reception was friendly and helpful. The service was completed quickly at a fair price and my car was given back to me lovely and clean.
The service staff were knowledgable and helpful. In the current situation the safety was excellent and I felt safe whilst I was in the building. I was able to wait while the work was carried out and the WiFi was good enough to allow we to work.

The team at Vertu in York in the current guise and Cooper BMW before them are spit on. Tim Green who sold the car to me always looks after me and makes sure everything is spot of every time I deal with him. He is spot on and needs a pay rise!!!
